Australia

Many years ago – too long to seriously think about – I had one of those epic round the world trips, which started somewhere in the Bellingen Valley visiting an old friend.

Hopefully one day I’ll get back, but for now the old scanned slides will have to do…

England

My home country and will therefore probably be the most photographed.

Also, there are bound to be a fair number from my almost daily haunt with Rufus (those that are not iPhone randoms – that go to Flickr – see below), from which I tend to gauge the season’s wildlife activity.

Namibia

Visit to Namibia in September 2004, led by Dr David Price-Williams, TempleWorld and Caesar Zandberg, organised through the Royal Geographical Society.

Desert Elephant crossing open desert – I felt very privileged.

Scotland

I’ve spent many years walking and sailing around Scotland – many happy times and hopefully many more.

A potted collection for the moment. maybe I’ll divide them into sections if I get enough uploaded.

Suilven - a good walk

St Kitts

An opportunity for a fantastic holiday on St Kitts and Nevis came about after finishing college, when the father of some of my great friends from childhood, was working over there.

Another pal (Doc Potts) jumped at the chance, so the two of us had a cool time in the Caribbean heat.

Vizsla

A set of photos of my Hungarian Vizsla, Rufus and his dad Milo (now sadly deceased) – driven at times by my iPhone – probably increasingly so.

I’ve had three Vizslak – Bracken, Milo and Rufus. Milo had 37 pups, of which, Rufus was the last born and only dog in his litter. He carries the main Galfrid breeding line, with two sons.
